Terms of Service
Effective date: 22 October 2026 · Last updated: 22 October 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe the conditions for using the website and any mobile game that links to these Terms, provided by NICK RUGGLES ASSOCIATES LTD (“we”, “us” or “our”). Please read them before using the relevant service.
Our games are in development. The working titles, artwork and features displayed on this website are previews. They are not an offer of a currently available download, a promise of a release date or a guarantee of final game features. Official Google Play links will be provided when a game launches.
These Terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.
1. The service provider
The provider is NICK RUGGLES ASSOCIATES LTD, at I A W ACCOUNTANCY SERVICES, 5 Hyde Road, PAIGNTON TQ4 5BW, United Kingdom. Contact us at [email protected] or +62 853-5347-4780.
2. Using our Services
You may use our website for lawful purposes. A game may require a compatible device, a supported operating-system version and, for certain features, an internet connection. You are responsible for your own device and network charges.
Follow the age requirements and intended-audience information shown in a game's store listing and notices. If you are not old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your country, a parent or guardian must review and agree to the applicable terms and authorise any purchases. Do not provide information or use an age-restricted feature if you do not meet its requirements.
3. Game availability and development
Game concepts may be renamed, changed, delayed or discontinued before release. A game may launch in selected countries or on selected devices, and availability may change. Unless we expressly agree otherwise, contacting us about a preview does not reserve a download or create a paid pre-order.
For a released game, its store listing, purchase screens and any game-specific terms provide additional information about supported features, pricing and availability. If game-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the game-specific terms apply to that particular feature, subject to mandatory law.
4. Your licence to use a released game
Subject to these Terms and applicable app-store conditions, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use a game we make available to you for your own entertainment. This licence does not transfer ownership of the game, its software, artwork, sounds, branding or other intellectual property.
You must not copy or redistribute the game for commercial purposes, sell access, remove ownership notices, bypass security features, use cheats that disrupt other players, or reverse engineer the software except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it.
5. Accounts and saved progress
The current website does not require or offer an account. If a game offers an optional account or cloud-save feature, provide accurate information, protect your login details and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not share an account in a way that breaches the game's rules.
Some games may save progress only on your device. Uninstalling a game, clearing app data, losing a device or changing devices can remove local progress. Cloud recovery is available only where a game expressly provides and supports it.
6. Purchases, virtual items and refunds
Any paid download, optional in-app purchase or subscription will be described and priced before you confirm it. Purchases made through Google Play are processed by the store under its applicable payment terms. Do not assume that a preview on this website is free, paid, subscription-based or ad-free until the relevant release information is available.
If a game offers virtual items or currency, they are licensed for use within that game. They are not a bank deposit, real-world currency or an investment and have no cash-redemption value unless the game expressly states otherwise or the law requires it. Transfers outside permitted game features are not allowed.
For a store purchase, use the store's applicable refund or subscription-management process. You may also contact us for help identifying the appropriate route. A subscription, if offered, renews only under the terms disclosed when you subscribe. Uninstalling a game or deleting an account does not by itself cancel an active store subscription. Nothing here removes your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content.
7. Advertising and external services
A game may include advertising, optional rewarded adverts or links to an external service where these features are described in its notices. The current website does not run advertising SDKs. A third party's service or purchase is governed by that provider's applicable terms. An advert is not a guarantee or endorsement of the advertised product.
Google Play and Android are services and trademarks of Google LLC. We are an independent developer and are not endorsed by Google merely because a game is distributed through its store.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that harms other people.
- Do not attempt to access systems, data or accounts without permission.
- Do not introduce malware, disrupt service operation or exploit a vulnerability.
- Do not harass support staff or submit content that infringes another person's rights.
- Do not impersonate our company or offer unauthorised game downloads or transactions.
If you discover a security issue, please describe it privately to our contact email without accessing other users' data or causing further disruption.
9. Intellectual property and feedback
Our Services and their content are protected by intellectual-property law. We or our licensors retain the relevant rights. You may view website content for personal use and share a link to our public pages; other use requires permission unless the law provides an exception.
If you voluntarily send feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve the Services without an obligation to compensate you. You keep ownership of any rights you have in your original material. Do not send confidential information or material you do not have permission to share.
10. Updates, changes and service interruptions
We may update a game to fix issues, improve compatibility, adjust features or meet legal and platform requirements. Some updates may be necessary for continued use. We will give notice of significant changes where the law requires it and honour any rights or remedies that apply to paid content.
We aim to provide a reliable experience, but operation may be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We do not promise that every game or feature will be available on every device or indefinitely.
11. Privacy and requests for deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information, applicable choices and how to contact us about your rights. Where consent is required for an optional data practice, agreeing to these Terms is not a substitute for that consent.
You can submit a privacy or deletion request through the contact details in the data deletion section. A released game that provides accounts will explain how to request account deletion in that game.
12. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Services at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a serious breach of these Terms, protect security or comply with law. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue. Any restriction will be subject to applicable consumer rights.
Stopping use does not automatically cancel a subscription or delete data. Use the relevant store settings for subscriptions and the privacy contact route for data requests.
13. Our responsibilities and liability
We will provide our Services with the care required by applicable law. We cannot guarantee that software will always be free from errors or compatible with every future device or system. We are not responsible for a failure caused solely by your misuse, an unsupported modification or a third-party service outside our control, except where the law makes us responsible.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These Terms do not remove mandatory warranties, digital-content rights or remedies available to consumers. We do not seek to exclude responsibility merely by describing content as provided “as is”.
14. Governing law and resolving concerns
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in another country, you retain the benefit of mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction; this does not prevent you from bringing a claim in another court where applicable law entitles you to do so.
Please contact us first with a concern so we have an opportunity to help. Doing so does not prevent you from using any court, regulator or consumer-remedy process available to you.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect a service change, a legal requirement or a platform requirement. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice where appropriate or legally required. A change does not retrospectively remove an accrued consumer right. If a material change requires your agreement, we will obtain it through an appropriate process.
