Privacy Policy
Effective date: 22 October 2026 · Last updated: 22 October 2026
NICK RUGGLES ASSOCIATES LTD (“we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, contact us or use a mobile game that links to this Policy (together, the “Services”).
At a glance: our website provides studio information and support contact links. It does not currently provide user accounts, a payment checkout, advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Our first games are in development. Data practices for a released game depend on its actual features and the notices supplied with that game.
You can ask a privacy question or request deletion by emailing [email protected]. You do not need to install a game to contact us.
1. Who is responsible for your information?
NICK RUGGLES ASSOCIATES LTD is the controller of the personal information described in this Policy, except where an app store or another provider processes information independently under its own privacy notice.

2. How this Policy applies to our games
This Policy applies to our website and games that identify NICK RUGGLES ASSOCIATES LTD as their publisher and link to this Policy. A game may have additional privacy information explaining its particular features, service providers and settings. Read that information together with this Policy. A game-specific notice governs the specific practice it describes.
Our website currently shows game concepts and working titles. These previews are not downloadable games. A reference below to an optional game feature does not mean that feature is present in every game or on this website.
3. Information we handle
Website visits and enquiries
- Technical delivery information: when a website is served, its hosting infrastructure may process an IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and security logs to deliver content and protect the service.
- Messages you send: if you contact us, we receive your email address or telephone number, your message, and attachments or other details you choose to provide.
- Support details: you may provide a game name, app version, device model, operating-system version, screenshots, error details, or a player identifier where one exists.
Information associated with a released game
Where a game enables the relevant feature and discloses it, information may include game progress and settings; app interactions and diagnostic reports; device model, operating system, language and approximate country; resettable advertising identifiers for an advertising feature; and purchase confirmation or transaction identifiers for an in-app purchase. Some information, such as offline progress, may remain on your device rather than being sent to us.
A game that offers an account, cloud saves, advertising, analytics or purchases will identify the applicable information and purposes in its own notices. Permission requests and consent choices are provided where required. We do not ask you to send passwords or full payment-card details to our support team.
4. Why we use information and our legal bases
- Providing requested services: to respond to enquiries, investigate a support issue, or provide a game feature you request. Where applicable, this is necessary to perform our agreement with you or take steps at your request.
- Service operation and security: to deliver website content, diagnose faults, prevent misuse and maintain reliable services. Where applicable, we rely on legitimate interests in operating a secure service and consider your rights and reasonable expectations.
- Optional processing: where a feature requires consent, including certain advertising or non-essential tracking activities, we rely on the consent requested for that feature. You can withdraw it through the relevant settings or by contacting us.
- Legal responsibilities: to respond to lawful requests and maintain records required by applicable law.
Providing enquiry information is voluntary. If you do not provide enough information to identify an issue or request, we may be unable to resolve it. We do not use this website to make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
5. When information is shared
We share information only for a relevant service purpose or another lawful reason. Recipients may include hosting, email and technical-support providers acting for us; professional advisers with confidentiality responsibilities; and authorities when disclosure is legally required. If our business is transferred or reorganised, relevant information may be transferred subject to applicable safeguards and notices.
App stores, including Google Play, process store-account and payment information under their own terms and privacy policies. Where a game uses another provider, such as a diagnostic or advertising service, that provider and its applicable practices will be identified in the game's disclosures. We do not sell personal and sensitive user information for monetary consideration.
6. Advertising, analytics and permissions
This website does not currently run advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. A released game may have different features. Where advertising or analytics is included, its notices will explain the relevant data, recipients, purpose and choices before processing takes place where disclosure or consent is required.
You can manage applicable device permissions and advertising preferences through Android settings. Withdrawing an optional permission may affect the corresponding feature. We will not treat visiting a page or merely continuing to play as consent where affirmative consent is required.
7. Cookies and local storage
The current website does not set its own cookies or use browser local storage for analytics, advertising or account tracking. A hosting provider may use strictly necessary infrastructure technologies for delivery or security. If we introduce non-essential website tracking, we will explain the change and provide the choices required by applicable law.
Games may store progress and preferences on the device. Where a game supports only local saves, uninstalling it or clearing its app data may permanently remove that progress.
8. How long information is kept
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. To decide the retention period, we consider whether a support issue remains open, whether an active service needs the information, legal record-keeping requirements, security needs, limitation periods, and whether the information can be deleted or anonymised.
Deletion may be subject to limited exceptions for legal obligations, fraud prevention, unresolved disputes or necessary security records. If an exception applies to your request, we will explain the reason where we are permitted to do so. Information in backups is removed or overwritten through the applicable backup lifecycle and is not reused for ordinary service purposes.
9. Data and account deletion requests
Email [email protected] using the subject “Privacy and data deletion request”. Tell us which game or service your request concerns, the email address used to contact us, and a player or account identifier if one exists. Include only the information needed to locate your records. Do not send your password or identity documents unless we explain why additional verification is necessary.
We may verify that you are entitled to make the request before deleting information. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and tell you if a permitted extension is needed. Deletion of information held by us does not automatically delete information held independently by an app store or another provider.
The current website has no user accounts. If a released game allows account creation, the game will provide an accessible account-deletion route as well as a web-based way to request deletion. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription; any active subscription should also be managed through the store.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have rights to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request erasure, restrict processing, receive a portable copy of information, or withdraw consent. These rights may be subject to lawful conditions and exceptions.
Your right to object: where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object to processing on grounds relating to your particular situation. You can also object to processing for direct marketing at any time.
Contact us using the details above to exercise your rights. You may complain to your local data-protection authority. In the United Kingdom, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). We will not unfairly discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
11. International processing
Our business is based in the United Kingdom. Providers supporting communication, hosting or a game feature may process information in another country. Where the law requires protection for an international transfer, we use an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual or other lawful safeguards. You may contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.
12. Children and young players
Our current website is intended to introduce the studio and its games, not to collect personal information from children. A game's store age rating, intended audience and privacy notices should be checked before use. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through this website, or under a higher age where local law requires it.
If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information without the required permission, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Any game specifically directed at children will require its own age-appropriate disclosures and data practices before release.
13. Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information and the service to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please keep your own device secure and avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in support messages.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when our services, features, providers or legal requirements change. We will display the updated date on this page and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. New optional processing will not be justified solely by your continued use where the law requires a separate consent choice.
